How do I cancel my order?
To cancel, please send an email outlining your cancellation and your order information to servicewhad@gmail.com. We will try our best to fulfill your cancellation request in time, but cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled before shipping. In the event that your order ships, you can simply reach out to us and request a complimentary Return Shipping Label.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

All orders (not including pre-orders and custom pieces) usually take 3-8 business days.

Does WHADHM ship internationally?
Please email us to see if we can ship to your country servicewhad@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by your local customs. Please note that complimentary return shipping only FR applies to deliveries.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
How do I return my order?
Your happiness is important to us.If unsatisfied with your purchase.we offer complimentary return shipping.within 30 days of your delivery date (extended to 60 days for orders placed Nov 1-Dec 1)You can return for store credit,exchange for a different product.or get a full refund to the original payment method.All returned items must be in unaltered condition to be accepted.Please email us at servicewhad@gmail.com for your Fed Ex Return Shipping Label.
*Shipping charges may apply if you return or exchange the same item more than once.Or if you use multiple shipping labels on the same order.Once a customer exceeds the designated return limit(10 returns).they will be responsible for covering the shipping and refurbishing charges associated with the return.Please do not return an item in a box that is larger than the box you received the order in,if you do you may be charged the extra Fed Ex shipping cost.You cannot re-order the exact item you returned for a refund and ask to return it again for a refund.(some people were taking advantage of our flexible return policy and wearing our jewelry until just before the 30-day return policy.sending it back.then re-ordering.and doing this over and over again)WHADHM monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our flexible return policies.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
